| It has been nine years since the Devour case has been sealed closed. Detectives Jacob Jones and Mitchell Lau have been assigned to track the serial killer known as "The Wednesday Wacko". With each gruesome discovery of lifeless victims, a mystery appears as they look to have the Devour files re-opened to further comprehend the investigation. Devour, with wind of the new curiosity into his affairs, starts to crackdown on loose ends. Devour forms a coalition with Steven "The Blade" Gurtz, who will make use of all necessary means to advance his place along Devour. With anxiety rising in the city, Detectives Jones and Lau are determined to end the deceit and corruption at the expense of ones life. |
